After submitting the sequence of either a ribosomal RNA (rRNA) stretch or PNA oligomer the RiboScanner server will output the properties of the rRNA target region such as solvent accessibility, opening energy, complementarity with the PNA sequence, functionality of the targeted region, root mean square fluctuations from molecular dynamics simulations. For the PNA sequence it will also give the amount of complementarity to mitochondrial and cytoplasmic RNA. If you would like to use it please go to http://riboscanner.cent.uw.edu.pl
